**About us**

Established in 2007, All Aussie Fire Pty Ltd provides a wide range of services within the fire protection industry including certification, servicing, installation, maintenance, council fire order upgrades, fit-outs, after hours assistance and 24/7 emergency service. We hold a Gold Level Membership and FPAS accreditation with the Fire Protection Association of Australia.

**The role**:
We are looking for a Fire Service Coordinator, and in this role, you will report directly to the Service Manager and Compliance Manger, your role will include, but not limited to:

- Liaising with Clients, Management & Technicians to ensure that all jobs are booked/tracked & completed proficiently.
- Escalating issues in relation to service and client care to relevant management bodies when required.
- Corresponding with internal and external contacts on technical matters.
- Technical support for on call technician after hours.
- Attending site meetings with the Service Manager.
- Attending sites to prepare service quotes.
- Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors for quotes and documentation to co-ordinate ordering and purchasing.
- Provide job updates to customers.

**Skills & Experience**:

- FPAS Accreditation (Desired).
- Experience in writing and preparing reports.
- Experience with creating service quotes.
- Previous experience as a field technician.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Proficient in Fire Mate Software.
