**Your new company**
This is a global mining company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange. They are seeking a SuccessFactors Systems Consultant to join their innovative team based in Perth, Western Australia. This is a 12-month Fixed-Term contract.

**Your new role**
In this role, you will:

- Ensure consistent management of all SuccessFactors HCM modules across both P&E and ICT functions in the region, performing the role of Regional SuccessFactors Lead including regular meetings and communications with other leads within the Gold Fields group and the Global Lead;
- Provide functional design support of P&E systems including SAP SuccessFactors HCM and other systems as advised by the Lead: Insight & Improvement;
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks in SuccessFactors and address them with process enhancements, focusing on end user usability;
- Implement SuccessFactors SOX control guidelines, and participate in risk analysis, walkthrough and audit executions for HR processes as required;
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies and procedures, working collaboratively with ICT function to define functionality and technical solutions;
- Evaluate, plan, resource, and project coordinate for P&E systems projects;
- Document and manage processes and procedures, including training documents to standardise practices across the system.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience in human resources functional processes and systems;
- Extensive experience in SuccessFactors HCM end-user support role including business processes and regulations across multiple modules;
- Exposure to SOX processes and systems;
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
