We’re looking for energetic team members to join our busy Swell Café outlet, where mornings start early and the coffee never stops flowing. If you love being up with the sun and thrive in a fast-paced café environment, this one’s for you.
**Position**: Casual
**Roster**: Various early morning shifts available
**Pay**: AUD $23-$28 per hour (based on experience)
Why This Role?
- Coffee or barista experience is a plus, but not required — training provided
- Be part of a busy café keeping the airport moving every morning
- Early shifts available:

- 4:30am - 12:30pm,
- 5:00am - 1:00pm,
- 5:30am - 1:30pm,
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
What You’ll Do
- Serve food and drinks, take orders, and handle cash payments
- Provide excellent customer service to travellers and staff
- Maintain the dining area and assist with basic food preparation
- Adhere to food safety and RSA regulations

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- Hold a valid RSA
- Have a driver’s licence and your own vehicle
- Experience in customer service
- Barista experience or qualifications are a bonus
- Positive, reliable, and ready for early mornings
