We are looking to expand our team with a Food & Beverage Supervisor who shares our enthusiasm for delivering top-notch service and can help us maintain our high standards.

**Role Overview**: As the Food & Beverage Supervisor for Swell Cafe, you will lead by example, working hands-on with the team to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your role will involve supervising staff, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring that every aspect of service meets our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear direction and support to staff, collaborating with the Outlet Manager and Duty Manager.
- Foster strong relationships with both staff and customers.
- Uphold high food and service standards consistently.
- Manage staff operations, including shift scheduling and labor management.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the management team to promote a positive work environment.

- Full time position offering a Tuesday - Saturday roster 5:00 - 13:00

Pay: From $27.17 per hour
