**Your New Role**

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities located in **Bankstown, Greenacre, Lakemba, Chullora, Riverwood, Punchbowl, Milperra, Yagoona, Chester Hill, Villawood, Fairfield, Cabramatta **and surrounding areas.

**What does your new role look like?**
- Providing support to customers with domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Helping with transportation for your customers to appointments, shopping and for social outings
- Assisting your customers with personal care support including, showering, toileting and feeding assistance
- Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with our customers and their families
- Adherence to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

**Does this sound like you?**
- 12 months experience in a ‘Care’ role and/or Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is a must
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Sunday - **we will roster you based on your availability**:

- A current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable, well presented, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Vaccinated for COVID-19 with atleast 2 shots
