Overview:
The Principal Policy Officer:

- is responsible for the provision of advanced policy analysis and strategic advice in relation to SA Health's intergovernment agreements and other intergovernment policy issues, which will include contributing to the negotiation of policy and associated financial arrangements with the Commonwealth;
- will provide guidance in the development of strategies that support the strategic and policy priorities of the department.

These activities will effectively impact the deployment of resources by the department, thereby contributing to the health and wellbeing of the community and the achievement of sustainable, quality community living standards.

**Criminal History Screening Requirement**
