We’re seeking an administrator to join our team in Able Community Services

As a key to the delivery of our services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our business operations run efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional Services from The Able Group

As an administrator, you will:

- Manage requests, concerns and enquiries
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Able Community Services systems and databases
- Support hiring and on-boarding administrative activities for your service/s
- Assist senior staff with special projects as required
- Support all other staff on field.
- Maintaining the regular rosters and arranging the required Staff when needed.
- Follow up with the Allied Health professionals about the Client's appointment and informing the clients about their appointments.

What you’ll need:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritize your workload
- Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
- Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.

Supporting our clients in the best way possible is important to us. To be employed by Able Community Services, you will be required to complete the free NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement and provide a copy of your certificate on completion.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $27.64 per hour

- Monday to Friday
