We are seeking a motivated, Customer focused individual for a casual role at Donut King store. We currently have multiple casual positions available for customer service, and Baristas with immediate start. Reporting to the Franchise Partner and Manager, the team member provides the first customer touch-point in store. They create retail occasions by engaging customers with knowledge and passion about our donuts, espresso and cold beverage menus.

Duties will include food and drink preparation as well as cleaning, serving food and washing up.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:

- Handle cash at the register when taking orders and giving change
- Experience in a similar environment
- Experience using a coffee machine and coffee grinder.
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness to food safety standards
- A friendly, approachable personality
- Highly motivated to work within a team or independently
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to role
- Experience as a barista is highly desirable
- Must be available to work a rotating 7-day roster.

Essential for success in this role is:

- Proven customer service experience preferably in a retail / hospitality environment;
- Availability to work both week days/nights and weekends; and
- Formal training will be provided.
