The position requires working collaboratively with other members of the secondary and whole school teams. Literacy, numeracy and creating effective learners are our curriculum priorities and involve the development and implementation of a range of high impact learning strategies, outlined in the site improvement/learning plan that support learner's needs and backgrounds. Facilitation of proactive and positive student behaviour initiatives are also required, with a commitment to developing students' wellbeing through the site's WeMatter initiative. This focuses on embedding The Resilience Project GEM practices. A commitment to differentiate learning for individual students exists through ILPs for every child along with engaging parents and the community.
