We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our residential aged care facility and will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including payroll, roster management, reception, admissions, and resident movements.

You will be working alongside another administration team member, providing support across various functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your admin and management skills will be rewarded, along with the connections you build with residents, families, and a supportive team. Aged care experience is preferred to help navigate resident needs and compliance.

We are hoping you will join our fantastic Whiddon family at Kyogle, in the Northern Rivers region, on a permanent full-time basis (Monday to Friday 8:00AM-16:06PM).
