**Bookkeeper**:
**Located in Kyogle or Lismore.**

**Full Time or Part Time**

As a growing firm we are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team with the option to work in either our Kyogle or Lismore office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Data entry and bank reconciliations
- Assist accountants with any bookkeeping requirements
- Entering data from source documents such as invoices and bank statements
- Delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- Payroll assistance and support for our clients
- Bookkeeping and software trouble shooting duties for small business clients
- Preparation and lodgement of IAS/BAS/STP/TPAR
- Liaise with ATO where required

**Skills and experience**
- have a positive attitude and be willing to work in a team environment
- have proven bookkeeping experience.
- previous experience & knowledge of accounting software programs.

We currently have clients using the following programs:

- Xero
- MYOB
- Reckon
- Quickbooks Online
- Payroll Experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Excel
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Bright and friendly personality with ability to relate to a diverse range of people.
- Previous experience in an accounting firm advantageous
