**About the Role**
Join the GH Capital Projects Directorate as a Project Support Officer, providing key administrative and project support across the full project life cycle.

This role offers a chance to contribute to capital infrastructure projects while ensuring project deliverables, budgets, and timelines are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

Assist with project status reports, tracking progress, risks, and issue
- s Prepare financial claims, reconcile invoices, and manage budget
- s Support project documentation, presentations, and stakeholder engagemen
- t Maintain project systems and databases, ensuring accurate record
- s Assist with low-risk project management and stakeholder coordinatio
- n Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislative requirement

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**

Qualifications in business administration, Diploma in Project Management or equivalen
- t Experience in business administration or project support role
- s Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project monitoring system
- s Knowledge of project management standards and regulation
- s Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder
