**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager, Corporate Services is responsible for delivering the strategic plan and overseeing operations management while continuing to identify business improvement opportunities. This is a critical role in managing and improving business systems in a number of key areas such as operations and financial management, working with the HR Manager & Quality Managers to improve team morale, people management and organisational culture, safety, quality and compliance. The General Manager will provide effective leadership to the administration and finance teams and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders in order to support long term business growth. Other areas of responsibility include ICT, Communications and Marketing, Fleet and Asset Management, as well as Property Planning and Management.
