**Customer Support Agent - Hymix**

Hymix have an opportunity for a reliable and conscientious individual with a passion for customer service to join our Customer Service team in Southport We are a company that provide premium concrete products and lead the industry in innovative concrete solutions. Reporting directly to the Agent Team Coordinator, your team are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service. You pride yourself on delivering remarkable customer service and great results, to help ensure we are planning towards the perfect day for our customers.

**In your new role, you will**:

- Deliver a great customer experience.
- Earn a salary of $60-65K +
- Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia.
- Answer calls and effectively manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products.
- Work within a team of 4/5, Saturdays are half a day, and also shared between the team members.
- Rostered shifts are:
5:30 am - 2:30 pm

6:00 am - 3:00 pm

6:30 am - 3:30 pm

7:00 am - 4:00 pm

7:30 am - 4:30 pm

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
