In this rewarding role you will work in a team environment where every day will be different. We are looking for casual Care Service Employees must be able to work AM, PM and night shift over a 7 day roster ( Week 1 and week 2) The indidviduals will be located in our homely facility at the Marian - 2A Fleet Street, North Parramatta, NSW 2151.

**As a Care Service Employee, you will**:

- Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities
- Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing
- Reporting any changes of resident to the Registered Nurse on the shift duty
- Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids and ensuring the residents comfort
- Assist in mealtimes and social activities.

LI-DNI
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
- Experience in similar role in aged care
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
- Able to do night shifts
- Must have a full working rights
