The Care Service Employee will be located at Southern Cross Care North Parramatta. We currently looking for Care Staff employees to work on a casual basis. Must have flexibility to work across a variety of shifts: morning, afternoon and night shifts (Monday to Sunday) across a fortnightly roster. Click on the link to learn more about Marian Residential Care **As a Care Service Employee, you will**: - Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities - Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing - Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids - Assist in mealtimes and social activities - Certificate III in**Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (preferred). - Experience in aged care or disability support (desirable but not essential). - Ability to work shifts, including night shifts when as needed. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to resident well-being. **About Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT)** - We are a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to empower older people to ‘live life to the full’.
