Home Loss Adjuster

What your new role is about:
Predominately through face to face interaction you will be responsible for clarifying and verifying the circumstances nature and extent of loss and damage our Clients Customers have experienced. You will also:
- Quantifying the reinstatement work required to get the Customers life back on track- Calculating policy liability and providing recommendations to our Clients;- Settle claims and engage with local suppliers to manage the repair and replacement of damaged items- Report writing and regular engagement with all stakeholders

Important for your success- Ideally you will have some insurance claims experience, and we would look to build your capability and understanding through a combination of formal and on the job training experiences- Key communication skills along with an effective report writing ability will be key to your success in this role- A passion to provide great customer service and engage with a variety of stakeholders;- Self-motivated, with good time-management and organisational skills;- Current driver’s licence as you will need to be in the field as part of your role.
