**Part-Time Entry level role for those looking for a job in the Brisbane city, 2-3 days/week. Preferably Monday, Tuesday 8:30-5, but flexible and more days probably welcomed.**
- Paid according to the award rate-- as set by the Fair Work Commission._
- Minimum per hour salary $21.38 or higher as per the award._
**About us**
We are a professional service company that works within multiple large conveyancing firms, assisting with certain tasks within an ordinary property conveyance. Our office is located at 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane City at the moment but liable to change in the coming months to somewhere in the City.
**Role description**
The responsibilities of this role include:
Part time 2-3 days/week, flexible around you. Days usually 8.30-3 or 8.30-5, depending.
Lodging documents with councils/body corps + paying with card.
Chasing documents from councils/body corps.
Data entry into electronic documents.
Completing a set of tasks one by one until all is done.
BEING PROACTIVE when looking over older matters. Doing things before a client requests it to be done would be delightful
**Profile**
The successful applicant will possess:
Speedy and accurate data entry abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Forward-thinking, rational approach
Strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
Interests in topics outside the mundane.
Slight contrarian view on things-- helpful when looking for efficiencies which is _the name of the game_.
