Specialising in Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Communications & Renewable Energy; as a subsidiary of the GenusPlus Group (ASX: GNP). **The Role** The **SHEQ Advisor** will be responsible for: - Conducting audits & inspections - Assisting in creating, implementing, and closing out of audit action plans - Assisting in the development of risk assessments (JHAs, CRAWs etc) - Assisting in the delivery of SHEQ improvement programs & communications - Leading incident investigations - Collecting, analysing, managing, and reporting on SHEQ data (MYOSH database) **Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience** - Cert IV WHS/OHS or higher - 5+ years WHS/OHS experience - 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar role - First Aid and CPR Training - Construction Safety Induction (‘White Card’) - ICAM lead investigation training - Current Driver’s License - "C" Class - National Police Clearance - Strong knowledge of WA WHS Legislation, Codes and Standards - High level communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment **Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience** - Drug & Alcohol testing qualifications - Experience in Civils & Power Infrastructure - IMS Lead Auditor qualifications - MYOSH Software experience - Open to travel **The Benefits** If after reading the details of this vacancy you feel you meet the selection criteria, and would be a good fit for the role,_ _please select **Apply** - **GenusPlus Group values diversity and inclusion and we strongly encourage females and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply**_
