**Job Description**:
Work Location: Perth or Rowville
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to both internal and external customers on all service parts requirements- Receive and process requests for quotes- Review terms and conditions of the purchase order from customers and address any issues that may arise- Acknowledge customers’ order and update the details into system- Keep customers apprised of status- Monitor orders to the point of delivery- Expedite delivery as necessary to meet customer requirements- Observe proper safety and security procedures- Provide shipping instructions and any special packaging requirements to the warehouse- Arrange shipment to the customer including preparation of shipping documents- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience in parts inventory management or logistics- Experience in shipping arrangement and documentation- Fluent in English (oral and written) and able to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers- Knowledge of computerized automated Data Management Systems- Excellent facilitator and exhibit mature judgment with good analytical reasoning- Demonstrate quick response to requests for service and assistance
