Our client is an industry leader in manufacturing and distribution, with an established organisation operating on the Coast since the early two thousand. With over 40 locations across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, their devoted employees are committed to the success of the organisation and create a friendly work culture. There is a need in the business for a temporary Accounts Payable Officer on a part-time or full time basis out on the central Gold Coast Office.

**Your new role**

Our client is seeking an experienced, motivated and friendly Accounts Payable Officer to contribute to the success of the supportive finance team out if their Gold Coast location. As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will have ownership of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring the timely completion of invoice processing, supplier transactions and payables workflow. You will be processing accounts payable invoices, matching Purchase Orders, coding invoices and sending off for approval. Additionally, reconciliations of statements, resolving discrepancies, scheduling payments, processing and reconciling multiple credit cards and responding to any client’s queries.
