An established construction company is seeking a temporary to permanent Accounts Payable Officer

Our client has been operating for over 15 years within the construction industry committed to provide excellence for their clients, a focus on customer service, and ethical standards across Australia. With calculated and rapid growth and a long-term strategy in place, they require an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team.
**Your new role**
The role of the Accounts Payable Officer, reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounts administration and reconciliations. You will be an essential part of a dedicated finance team, working to ensure a great experience for clients and suppliers. This is a fast-paced team environment that drive for success in every aspect of the business.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as an Accounts Officer or within a fast-paced, busy team. You will need to have excellent relationship-building skills, be motivated, and great technical ability in the Accounts function. Additionally, you will have the ability to problem-solve, meet tight deadlines, work independently or as part of a team and demonstrated advanced skills in Excel and accounting software. Attention to detail is also a critical component for this role.
