Borgo Salumi is a manufacturer of premium Italian style smallgoods in Holland Park, Brisbane.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in the boning and slicing of pork carcasses. Being knowledgeable and skilled in the breakdown of pork carcasses is an advantage. This person will ensure that all primal cuts and trimmings are done to company specifications. We have in-house training to help assist in the implementation of our specifications.

We are looking for someone who is available for 38 hrs per week.

Rate is negotiable relative to experience and competency.

This position is for someone who takes pride in what they do and is wanting to be part of a team that helps create a quality product.

You will be joining a work environment where our culture is our number one priority in everything we do.
