We're seeking an individual who is engaging, genuine, collaborative, and driven to make a positive impact on Western Sydney's growth and future.

**The Opportunity**:
An Associate Director role has opened up to nurture and develop our growing team, while stretching your statutory and strategic planning skills. Whilst not essential, extensive experience in dealing with State Significant Development and State Significant Infrastructure planning framework in NSW is a plus
You'll build new and existing relationships with key clients in Western Sydney and contribute to our office's growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Western Sydney's largest projects, supported by highly experienced Directors and a market-leading team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to refine your skills and grow your career.

**You will**:

- Provide expert services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management.
- Develop client relationships by building trust, providing quality advice, crafting fee proposals tailored to client needs, and effectively managing expectations
- Provide advanced statutory and strategic planning advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans and the approval process and management.
- Manage individual and Team revenue targets through strong service delivery and project management.
- Lead the coordination and execution of business development opportunities (both internal and external).
- With your Director's support, build your professional brand in Western Sydney through industry event participation and committee representation.

**About You**:

- Holds tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning or a related discipline.
- Brings a minimum of 8 years' experience in a consultancy environment or Planning agencies.
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
- Proven track record of identifying opportunities and securing new business.
- Possesses an advanced understanding of statutory planning frameworks, controls, and processes.
- Excels in multitasking and managing multiple priorities seamlessly.
