We are looking for a professional, confident, enthusiastic, friendly and extremely well presented sales assistant to join our successful and supportive Dion for Brides team.

Our stylists are self-motivated and have excellent communication and organisational skills and love working in team environment. Experience in retail sales is essential.

Bridal experience will be considered extremely advantageous.

Dion for Brides is one of Perth's most recognisable names and among the leading bridal houses in Australia. Our collection is extensive and exclusively offers the best of the world's bridal designers to Perth brides from ready-to-wear collections to specialist Couture Designers.

Our luxurious showroom in North Perth is one of Perth's largest bridal spaces and we are passionate in helping find every client their dream gown, whilst delivering exemplary service to each and every customer.

Experience and skills required;
- Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year), particularly in high-end retail
- Immaculate personal presentation and style
- Dedication to sales whilst maintaining highest level of customer service
- Be highly self-motivated and show initiative with excellent communication and customer service skills
- A willingness to thrive in a team environment, have a can-do attitude and be willing to take direction and feedback
- High level of attention to detail in all tasks
- The drive to stay up-to-date with the latest bridal trends to deliver expert advice to our brides - passionate about Bridal
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Enthusiastic and attentive personality
- Able to work all retail hours, including late night trading and Saturdays.
- Permanent Resident of Australia

Additional skills that would be considered advantageous;
- Previous bridal experience
- Previous experience offering personalised service (wedding planning, events planning, hotel management)
- Proven success with store budgets and KPI's
- Social media experience

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Styling consultation to clients - gowns, accessories & evening wear,
- Provide one-to-one assistance to customers,
- Taking measurements,
- Maintain sales KPI and targets,
- Assistance in all daily store operation tasks required to run the boutique efficiently and effectively,
- Quality assurance,
- Liaison with both designers and clients for all queries,
- Merchandising,

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail Sales: 5 years (preferred)
