- one patient at a time.- The position of Clinical Specialist, Rhythm management, provides clinical and technical support for a range of Cardiac Rhythm Management products within QLD. This support is required during implants, patient clinics, for technical trouble-shooting and other general assistance to the sales team and their customers.- This role is responsible for supporting the QLD region.- WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?- _Build strong relationships with existing customers_ to understand their needs as well as identify potential new business opportunities in the assigned state._
- _Understand and identify your customer needs in your state including practices and policies as well as identifying any competitor activities. _
- _Participate and provide assistance in relevant tender process. _
- _Completion of relevant administration including reporting, stock validations and management as well as database management and latitude remote monitoring support. _
- _Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services._
- _Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required._
- _To be available to support the broader ANZ _CRM/EP business on an as-needs basis_
- _Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements._
- KEY COMPETENICES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS**Product/Technical Knowledge**
- Successfully completes all relevant CRM training
- Proactively keeps up to date with technical knowledge in CRM and procedures.

**Experience**
- Previous clinical case experience within an operative environment desired.
- Strong technical and clinical skills.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Tertiary qualifications preferred.
