**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a customer-focused superstar to join our friendly and professional Front Office team, working across two vibrant properties in the heart of Flinders: Quarters at Flinders Hotel and the newly refurbished Motel Flinders. Enjoy flexible hours (up to 30 hours per week) in a role that blends guest service, reservations, and concierge support.

**About Us**:
Quarters at Flinders Hotel is an award-winning, 40-room boutique hotel offering luxury coastal accommodation on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Directly opposite is Motel Flinders, our freshly renovated motel where retro style meets coastal cool. We’re proud to offer our guests warm, genuine service in a relaxed coastal setting, and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Duty Manager, you’ll be part of our dynamic team working together to deliver an exceptional experience to our accommodation, conference, and groups guests. This role is ideal for someone who loves guest interaction and thrives in a team-focused environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Welcome arriving guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience
- Manage reservations for accommodation, conferences, and group bookings
- Provide concierge-style support, including local dining and attraction recommendations
- Deliver friendly and professional service at all times
- Maintain accurate guest records and assist with hotel operational and administrative tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in hotel reception or restaurant reservations (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in a frontline customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, well-groomed appearance
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
