We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as an Optical Assistant on a casual basis. Be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from start to finish.

**Description**:
**Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and efficient reception service and general practice administration duties to ensure the very best patient experience
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the practice including overall presentation and cleanliness
- Assist patients in the selection of optical frames that not only meet their needs/desires, but also look great.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:

- Well-presented with an excellent sense of fashion with eyewear and colour
- Willingness to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
- Flexible and has excellent customer service, organisation and communication skills
- Able to work Saturdays.
