**About you**:

- have relevant qualifications and/or experience in Social Policy, Economics, Social Sciences or similar with knowledge and understanding of policy issues related to cost-of-living and energy vulnerability
- have a sound understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods with the ability to analyse, interpret and develop solutions and recommendations
- demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage competing stakeholder needs and priorities within tight timeframes
- have strong written communication skills with the ability to write a range of high-quality documents with high attention to detail
- ability to effectively present information that is tailored to meet a diverse range of audience needs
- have a genuine commitment to social justice and be committed to the work of QCOSS.

**What you will g**et**:
We will offer you a flexible, exciting, rewarding full time (38 hrs/week) permanent position in an inclusive work environment. Note: we would consider requests to work part time hours. All this plus a competitive remuneration package (full time $90,540 - $94,630 (pro rata part time)) dependent on qualifications and relevant experience including access to tax-effective salary packaging arrangements, 11.5% superannuation, and flexible work arrangements including working from home, flex time and time off in lieu provisions.
