**TEN Recruitment** is working closely with one of Australia’s most reputable mining contractors who has just informed us of a very exciting opportunity for a devoted

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Drive and ensure compliance with the Work Health Safety regulations and established workplace policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in professional development activities on an ongoing basis.
- Provide support in the administration of drug and alcohol testing.
- Conduct and provide assistance with meetings, incident investigations and equipment and work practice safety inspections.
- Engage and contribute to high level incident investigations, preparing incident reports as required.
- Conduct and facilitate risk management procedures.
- Update and maintain the training management systems to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Accurate data entry and training administration.
- Drive the implementation of training procedures, strategies, systems and initiatives.
- Support the operational departments by providing an extremely high level of training and advice.
- Ensure all training materials are up to date and meet both the legislative and client requirements.

***
- Previous experience working as a Training Advisor within the mining or construction industries.
- Proven experience with training management systems.
- Holds a Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety.
- Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE401160).
- Qualifications in incident investigation such as ICAM.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Mines Safety Inspection Act.
- Hold a current C class WA drivers license.
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
- Has a safety-first mindset and a passion for health, safety, environment and community.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
