**About the Role**
What we are looking for:
- People who are looking for work during school hours and who are committed to enhancing the health and wellbeing of older people to support them to continue living at home.
- Must have a Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent.
- The ability to speak Cantonese, Cambodian, Vietnamese or other non-English speaking languages will be reviewed favourably.
- Must have a Victorian Driver’s License and use of own vehicle.
- Have the capacity to undertake the physical requirements of the role, including vacuuming, mopping and other light household tasks.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be committed to enhancing the health and wellbeing of older residents. You will enjoy supporting and communicating with people over the age of 65 with personal care, home care, social support and respite to enable them to maintain their independence and continue living in their own homes.
