- $200,000.00 - $240,000.00 YearFantastic opportunity for a Head of Product to join an International Hotels Operator (70+ hotels) across Australia, NZ, Asia and Europe to lead their Digital offering both online and offline (within the hotels). This is a brand new role and comes with endorsement from the CEO who is very digitally savvy and has a strong 5 year strategetic plan and vision.

In this role you will be...
- Driving the product strategy, roadmap and execution across the business to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
- Responsible for the end-to-end digital experience across guest touchpoints, developing innovating ways of driving engagement, satisfaction, and brand affection for guests.
- Determining how the CRM and customer loyalty proposition forms part of the vision and formulate ways to drive more revenue from it.
- Leading, managing and mentoring a diverse team of eCommerce and Digital specialists.

What you are capable of now...
- Excellent experience across the Product and ideally eCommerce space.
- Proven experience in leading large scale CX projects.
- Directed and led a cross-functional teams.
- Adept in senior, preferably C-suite stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a shared vision and drive change.
- Project management skills.
