Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently seeking a
**Study Manager** to join our Perth Studies team, within our Minerals & Metals division.

Wood is at the forefront of engineering solutions for a net zero future. Wood is currently delivering critical metals projects (Battery and Magnet metals) all over the world, including Copper, Lithium, Vanadium, Rare Earths, and Base Metals projects.

**About The Role**

As part of the Studies team, you will join a division that is integral in the development and exploration of our global economies advanced Minerals and Metals projects where our delivery lies within offering technical guidance on conceptual studies through to feasibility assessment. In this role, you will partner with a client leading engineering study execution (concept to PFS/DFS), responsible for developing and driving compliance and execution of Woods study management process, collaborating with engineering and project delivery on key deliverables and proposal requirements.

**About You**

This opportunity is looking for an individual who has experience in project management delivery across various stages and wishing to gain further skills in whole life cycle project delivery.

Your career in project delivery within the resource sectors, aligned to engineering delivery requirements, will see you partner with varied in a multi-disciplinary business group across the studies portfolio.

With relevant Minerals and Metals experience, you will also have:

- Prior experience in the Minerals and Metals resource sector, in either engineering or project delivery, understanding of full life cycle mining operations
- An interest to use your years of experience to deliver studies
- Ability to build cohesive and agile working relationships, both internally and externally, to maintain and deliver best practise.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure, liaising with and securing resources from functional heads and working groups
- Excellent analytical, literacy and numerical skills, understanding of proposals, budgets, schedule etc
