We require a
**Study Manager **to
**contribute & coordinate design** on a range of Electrical Studies, ranging from technical report to client, to full blown studies on remote mining plant design and upgrade, as well as complex cost benefit analysis studies as our clients evaluate their transition into the renewable energy space.

**Key Requirements**
- Relevant Electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience on working in a multi-discipline environment, on front end greenfield and brownfield development projects with complex electrical scope
- Expert technical and practical skills in electrical engineering co ordinating delivery of technical reports / smaller studies / cost benefit analysis
- Working knowledge of the applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements: we have a global order book
- Demonstrated ability to build an engineering / commercial case based on “evaluating from first principle approach”
- Commercially astute, with an understanding of commercial business realities
- understand the project development process for MMM juniors/mid-tiers
- Concept identification, review, evaluation and selection
- Develop cost and schedule estimates
- Provide specialized advice and guidance to clients
- Can contribute to a meeting; exercises good judgment on how to contribute, collaborative
- Solution orientation - can identify the issues and moves self and others to solutions

The role will be Perth based, coordinating studies from a design team of 30 +, however there may be occasional input on the studies and reports of our Brisbane and Toronto offices, as well as the coordination of works from our engineering office in Manilla.

To be considered for the role of
**Study Manager **you need solid design experience on complex high value electrical projects, with an understanding of the differences between Pilbara based projects, and the realities of offshore remote mining plant construction.

Previous experience of a similar
**Study Manager** or
**Lead / Principal** engineering role in the electrical space, with solid exposure to the mineral processing environment, together with a sound knowledge of engineering principles in a major construction environment is preferable.
