We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to our team

As a Crew Member, you will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our customers by providing top-notch service, ensuring quality food preparation, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness. This role is ideal for those with a passion for culinary excellence and a knack for thriving in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Prepare food items following established recipes and quality standards, with a focus on freshness and presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, following all safety guidelines.
- Keep work areas clean and sanitized, including kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist in training new crew members on food preparation techniques and operational processes.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak times.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

**Requirements**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Basic culinary knowledge and an understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Previous experience in a coffee making, kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.
- Detail-oriented to ensure consistently high-quality food and drinks for customers.
- Organizational skills to enhance efficiency and prevent errors.
