9-hour shifts (4 days or 36-40 hours)

Shifts Monday through Friday

$65,000-$75,000

Our client is a Neuropsychiatry Specialist Clinic providing early diagnostic and treatment services. They providing a range of services for ADHD, Asperger's/Autism Spectrum & Specific Learning Disorders for Children and Adults. They are seeking 2IC Medical receptionist to join this small close knit team. Your role will include the day to day operations of the clinic. As part of your role you will work alongside 3 x Part-Time Specialist Doctors. You report to the Manager and Clinic Director and are expected to comply with Clinic Guidelines and Procedures. COVID-19 Vaccination required

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating the front reception including Phone Triage and access Patient data
- Daily Billing and reconciliation
- Customer Care which is driven by a knowledge of the Clinical content of Patients, Families and Carers
- Educating, Promoting and advocating for Patient needs and concerns
- Collaboration and liaison with various other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Clinic procedures and guidelines

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- 2-5+ years Medical Receptionist experience required (Level 6-7 standard)
- Practice Management software Best Practice advantageous
- Clinical and Medical knowledge of ADHD, Autism and common Mental Health issues required
- Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask within a specified timeframe
- Strong administrative skills, strong leadership skills
