We are currently seeking an Long Time enthusiastic employee to train to become an installer to join our team,

Previous experience in the window furnishing industry certainly an advantage but not an essential as all training will be provided

The successful applicant will enjoy the inclusive package provided 1300 Mr Shutters and Blinds which includes uniforms, a vehicle, all tools, eletronic devices, with a supportive team.

This role is a Full Time position - with immediate start, Monday to Friday

Our jobs are installed at different locations every day around Victoria
- Have an Australian Drivers License
- Excellent customer service skills

- Reliable / trustworthy
- Able to work with power tools on ladders
- Understand written and verbal instructions easily and carrying out installs as prescribed.(Very important)
- Ability to work within a team and left unsupervised
- Experience with power tools
- To be able to think ahead (very important)
- Able to problem solve under pressure, and logically.

YOUR ROLE:

- work with our installers to install a wide variety of indoor and outdoor blinds, and shutters.
- Picking up materials and shutters (when required) and organizing them into job allocations.
- Driving to the job site and unloading product and preparing installation.
- Installing the job with pride and cleaning up after yourself.
- Working at heights, indoors, outdoors and and using basic power tools.
