**Your new role**

As a Recruitment Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient support and HR services to deliver recruitment and workforce planning.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in recruitment and staff selection practices
- Understanding of Government Sector Employment Act 2013
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast pace and high volume recruitment role
- Thorough understanding of AIIMS principles and processes
