Join Nursing Australia as an Allocations Consultant and help us deliver high-quality care through smarter workforce coordination.
In this Casual role, you’ll support our allocations team to ensure optimal shift fills and the best use of our healthcare professional database. You’ll play a key role in strengthening client and staff relationships, driving availability capture, and ensuring great outcomes for both clients and workers.
**About the Role**
- Support daily staff allocations across healthcare and community clients
- Respond to client requests, cancellations and shift changes in real-time
- Capture and manage staff availability and preferences to maximise utilisation
- Build rapport with clients and healthcare professionals to drive engagement
- Assist with roster alignment, service delivery monitoring, and reporting
- Support business development and help grow client relationships
- Maintain accurate system data and ensure compliance standards are met
You’ll receive mentorship and support to grow professionally in a collaborative, people-first environment.
**About You**
- Organised and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Experience in rostering, call centre or health admin preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and confident managing multiple systems
- Committed to quality service and positive client outcomes
- Understanding of healthcare or NDIS sectors is a bonus
