Our client is a fast growing infrastructure firm with a passion for sustainability and a high performance culture. Founded out of Australia, they now have an expansive global presence with continued expansion plans in future.

As the
**Executive Assistant to CEO you will act as an extension of him to ensure business goals are achieved. **Your role will be a diverse mix of traditional Executive Assistant tasks supporting this busy CEO, as well as being a trusted member of the Executive Leadership Team with broader scope across business projects, office management, and the creation and execution of company policies and procedures.
**Typical duties include**:

- Extensive inbox and calendar management with scheduling across multiple time zones
- Extensive domestic and international travel coordination
- Ensuring the CEO is prepared for meetings by drafting agendas/briefing packs, documenting minutes/actions, and executing the required follow ups after meetings
- Preparation of board reports, distributing meeting minutes and following up action items
- Organisation of internal functions and corporate events
- Writing and formatting highly confidential documents/presentations
- Provide ad-hoc administration and project support to the wider Executive Leadership Team
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders and communicating Business Strategy and initiatives to the wider business
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new team members
- Provide leadership and support to the wider business
- Assisting with the preparation of various internal policies and procedures
- Extensive project support across all arears of the business
- Monitor and maintain Office supplies and equipment - stationery, office, printer, and kitchen supplies
- Be a point of contact and liaise with building management, contractors and vendors to ensure the smooth running of the business operations

**Skills / Experience Required**
- 10+ years experience in senior support / EA capacity, ideally gained within the Financial Services or Infrastructure, Energy Industries or other high performance environment.
- High level commercial acumen with the desire to have an impact in the broader business.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Adaptable to change and the ability to identify areas for improvement across the business
- Strong critical and forward thinking skills
