ALG is looking to recruit B1 and B2 LAMEs on the Dash 8 100/200/300/Q400 or a Group 20/21 aircraft. You will be offered sponsorship to live and work in Australia with a range of opportunities available in different locations.

**Your role**:
You will carry out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with safety standards, procedures and CASA regulations.
- Performing and certifying maintenance tasks as directed in accordance with the Maintenance Control Manuals, Aircraft and Component Maintenance Manuals and Procedures Manuals.
- Liaise with Maintenance Watch whilst rectifications are being performed. This includes providing accurate time estimates for rectifications and regular updates as time frames are revised.
- Assessing aircraft defects and defer as applicable.
- Routine maintenance and servicing of ground support equipment. Report all u/s equipment and arrange rectifications.
- Ordering of aircraft components when stock levels are not sufficient to carry out maintenance; and
- Ensuring that maintenance of aircraft is carried out in accordance with the production schedules developed.

**Requirements**:

- EASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence B1 or B2 on either Dash 8 100/200/300/Q400 or a Group 20/21 aircraft.
- Aircraft servicing experience on various aircraft in a line / base maintenance environment.
- Commitment to being a highly customer-focused team worker with flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required.
- Sound communications skills, both written and verbal with highly developed attention to detail.
- Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work 7 day, 24 hour shift work.
