**Scope of Position**:
We are currently seeking Retail Café Team Members to join our busy WHSmith team based in Melbourne Airport.

**We have both Part Time and Full Time positions available**

**About the Company**:
WHSmith is an historic British retailer focusing on news, books and convenience, and is a renowned, competitive leader in the travel market worldwide. Our Australian operations, under which 7 brands currently operate, are rapidly expanding and since WHSmith is expected to continue this growth, we are looking for passionate and dedicated Team Members to join us on this journey in our WHSmith stores in Melbourne Airport.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Serve all customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Handle all monies and payments according to procedure and guidelines.
- Keep all work areas (interior and exterior) clean and tidy at all times, and maintain clean equipment in accordance with Fresh+ procedures.
- Maintain impeccable personal grooming and hygiene at all times.
- Actively work as part of the Melbourne Airport team, demonstrating teamwork and a commitment to quality service and positive representation of the brand.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety processes, guidelines, and best practice.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Front of house team who have worked for at least 2 years working in a busy food environment
- Passion for serving customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Knowledge of busy food outlet operations with a focus on sales and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work great in a team environment
