Survey Projects Manager Land Surveys Manage large infrastructure projects from beginning to end Permanent full-time position with an attractive salary Excellent career progression and development opportunities The role With projects and clients growing, we are looking for a customer and delivery focused Survey Project Manager based in Sydney who is proactive in delivering on our client’s expectations. You will work closely with all internal and external stakeholders and work to maintain the dynamic team culture at Land Surveys. Your job As a Survey Project Manager, you will manage key projects and work with our clients and our surveyors on delivering to specific project requirements and contribute to the development of our brand. The following undertakings are part of your remit: Quoting and delivering/managing short and long term infrastructure projects Developing and managing client relationships (Key Account Management) Organising and managing survey crews during field work campaigns Collating and delivering final outputs of work to clients Driving commercial and safety success at all stages of projects Generating and reviewing tenders and proposals Managing teams and communications internally and externally Developing the project, governance and commercial acumen of our teams Leading or participating in key projects, ensuring learnings are shared Your skills/qualifications In line with our philosophy, you’ll have a "no problems just solutions" attitude. You’ll also need: - A minimum advanced diploma or bachelor’s degree in surveying and/or project management adjustments Hardware experience with Leica/Trimble Total Stations, GPS and Laser Scanning A strong balance of customer service skills and technical proficiency Experience working on MRWA and PTA projects is desired but not essential Your deal You’ll have access to stable and ongoing work across a variety of long-run projects.
