**About the role**
We are seeking a career motivated Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team at our ANZ office in North Lakes, Qld. Reporting to the Singapore-based Asia Pacific Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant role acts with a high a degree of independence. The position is primarily responsible for the following:

- **Accounts Receivable**. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable cycle, from invoice generation to payment collection, and perform account reconciliations.
- **Accounts Payable**. Process and verify supplier invoices, schedule payments, and manage expense claims. Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
- AR and AP experience essential.
- Proficient with accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
