Grinders Coffee, we’re on the hunt for a dynamic Territory Manager to join our passionate team and help us deliver exceptional coffee experiences across NSW.

Reporting to our State Manager, you’ll be the face of Grinders in your region—driving long-term, profitable growth, expanding our customer footprint, and brewing up business opportunities that energise our partners and our brand.

**This role will service Sydney’s CBD and East suburbs.**

**What You’ll Be Brewing**:

- **Customer Excellence**: Execute strategic visit cycles, deliver hands-on training, and ensure every cup served is top tier.
- **Growth Leadership**: Identify and unlock business opportunities that fuel success for our customers and Grinders alike.
- **Sales Mastery**: Sell, negotiate, and influence with confidence—backed by superior service and sharp planning.
- T**eam Collaboration**: Work closely with our local CCEP teams to amplify impact.
- **New Business Development**: Scout, pitch, and convert new customers into lifelong Grinders fans.

**Who You Are**:
You’re a self-starter with a love for coffee and a knack for building relationships. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle priorities like a pro, and bring energy to every interaction.
- Experience in coffee, sales, hospitality or customer service (bonus points for all three)
- Resilient, enthusiastic, and always up for a challenge
- Sharp communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Organised, tech-savvy, and great at managing your time
- Must hold a valid and unrestricted Australian Driver’s License
