The Opportunity
As a Finance Analyst within the Dexus Retail Property Finance team, you will be responsible for providing valuable and insightful financial and analytical services across the Retail platform. In this role you will work closely with the Investment Management team in the strategic modelling of the investment performance of individual retail assets within the portfolio.
You will make an impact by:
- Preparing strategic asset plans for portfolio of retail assets. This includes reviewing key assumptions, cash flow modelling, investment metric calculations, etc.- Partnering with the investment management and valuation teams in reviewing valuations- Preparing and coordinating property, portfolio and fund level reporting deliverables- Effectively building stakeholder relationships to drive commercial insights and opportunities- Carrying out ad hoc analysis and proactively participate in process improvement initiatives and system integrations.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring an analytical and commercial mindset, be agile, proactive and showcase strong problem-solving capabilities. Ideally with prior property experience as an analyst or valuer, you will have highly demonstratable analysis, modelling and numerical skills and be proficient in excel and financial modelling. You’ll capably engage stakeholders across all levels, take pride in the quality and delivery of the outputs you produce and deliver valuable insights to support business and commercial decision making.
