**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all guests
- Greet, seat, and serve customers with mínimal wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the restaurant at all times (setting tables, polishing cutlery, topping condiments, clearing tables, etc.)
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently, including offering wine matching options
- Share information about the Currumbin RSL Loyalty program with guests
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Support with whole-of-venue food and cleaning service as required
- Comply with food safety, workplace health and safety, and responsible service of alcohol requirements
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service focus
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation
- Willingness to learn and follow Currumbin RSL’s standards and “The Currumbin RSL Way”
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene (training provided)
- RSA certification
