**What You Will Be Doing**

This position works closely with the Service Desk team and other EUS staff to enable timely resolution of support requests. Effective communication with an organised, client-focused service delivery excellence orientation is critical to the success of this role.

Position Description

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Experience working in an ITIL based service delivery environment
- Extensive knowledge of Computer Hardware including imaging, setup, and maintenance
