As the captain of this culinary adventure, you'll lead the charge in delivering top-notch customer service and that signature American hospitality.

- Leading a rockstar team of up to 60 legends, including our head chef.
- Juggling rosters, training sessions, and keeping the ship sailing smoothly during even the busiest of shifts.
- Keeping a tight rein on stock levels and costs to ensure we're always operating at our best.
- Championing health and safety procedures like a true blue Aussie hero.
