**About Us**: Su Casa Nightclub is one of Surfers Paradise’s premier nightlife destinations, known for being the leader in Hip-Hop and RnB music. We pride ourselves on delivering high-energy nights and world-class service in the heart of Queensland’s most iconic entertainment precinct.

**The Role**: We are on the lookout for an experienced, driven, and hands-on **Venue Manager** to lead our vibrant team and take Su Casa to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for nightlife, leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences. Su Casa currently trades 4 nights a week Thursday - Sunday with opportunities to expand. This role is Full Time, 5 nights each week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of bar staff, security, and support crew
- Drive revenue through promotions, events, and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and legal requirements
- Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback with professionalism
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams.

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years of venue or hospitality management experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, nightlife trends, and customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-night environment
- **RSA, RMLV & Approved Managers License required**:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Creative, energetic, and highly organised
